Tax Staff
About the Position
This is a Tax Accountant position which will allow the preferred candidate to utilize his or her educational background, work experience, communication and organizational skills in adjusting clients’ books, preparing complex tax returns and conducting research. In this role, you will be charged with utilizing research skills and working with tax software applications to complete simple to moderate individual tax returns for review. This is a full-time position, with a minimum of 2 – 3 days a week in the office and the remainder of the week working remote.

Minimum
• Degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance
• 2-3 years tax/accounting experience
Preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Seeks advice of appropriate superiors regarding issues related to compliance
• Excellent customer service skills (internal and external)
• Creative problem solving and research skills

• Ability to work overtime as needed
• Basic understanding of BT reconciliation and able to read a financial statement and make journal entries

Senior Tax Accountant
About the Position
This is a 3-5 year experience Senior Tax Accountant position which will allow the preferred candidate to utilize his or her educational background, work experience, communication and organizational skills in adjusting clients’ books, preparing moderate to complex entity tax returns and conducting research.
In this role, you will help supervise and train staff as well as review their prepared tax returns. This is a full-time position, with a minimum of 2 – 3 days a week in the office and the remainder of the week working remote.

Tax Manager / Supervisor
About the Position
This is a 5-7 experience Supervisor Tax Accountant position which will allow the preferred candidate to utilize his or her educational background, work experience, communication and organizational skills in adjusting clients’ books, preparing complex tax returns and conducting research. In this role, you will help supervise and manage the department, prepare complex returns, communicate and coordinate with clients, as well as review partnership, corp, S-corp, individual and trust tax returns. This is a full-time position, with a minimum of 2 – 3 days a week in the office and the remainder of the week working remote.
