Stephane Vachon has over 25 years of experience and oversees the Accounting and Auditing Departments, as well as the SEC Practice at Rose, Snyder & Jacobs. His professional expertise includes financial reporting, feasibility and profitability analyses, and financial and business consulting.  Stephane prepares and reports financial information to assist his client’s management teams to make crucial business decisions and comply with existing lenders and regulatory requirements.  He also has vast experience in custom program design.

Prior to joining Rose, Snyder & Jacobs, Stephane was at Ernst and Young and was a member of their audit and insolvency group.
