Borrowers Beware!

For those of you who received PPP loans of over $150,000, be aware that the government has published your name, address, the range of your PPP loan amount, as well as the number of employees you claimed, and other information. This reporting is part of the Congressional oversight mandate. 

Our name is on that list of over 600,000 organizations, and I invite you to join us in exercising caution and being on the lookout for email phishing, scam artists, and opportunists who see the names on that list as potential prey. Be extra careful about vetting people and organizations that offer assistance or services related to your loan or the CARES Act. Nothing particular has come across our desk, but borrowed beware. I imagine it is coming!
