Shana has almost 20 years of public accounting experience providing accounting, assurance and consulting services to private companies, publicly-held companies, and non-profit organizations in numerous industries, ranging from start-up to small and medium sized business in both the growth and established business life cycles.

Shana leads the firm’s Financial & Accounting Services Team, whose responsibilities include providing back-office accounting services and an array of Controller and CFO services, specific to each clients’ needs.  She is passionate about leveraging technology to streamline the back-end accounting and financial reporting needs of her clients. While there are numerous technologies available and such applications are constantly evolving, our team currently maintains experts and Advanced Certifications, where applicable, in our go-to software, including but not limited to: QuickBooks (Desktop and Online), Bill.com, Receipt-bank, Spotlight Reporting, and FloQast month-end close management tool.

Before joining Rose, Snyder & Jacobs, Shana began her career in public accounting by spending four years with a regional CPA firm that specialized in governmental and non-profit audit work. Shana graduated from the Leventhal School of Accounting at the University of Southern California and is a Certified Public Accountant.
