Jonathan L. “Jake” Jacobs has over 30 years of experience in successfully helping clients identify and satisfy their business and financial needs. He specializes in providing a variety of compliance and consulting services for entrepreneurial ventures, publicly owned companies and high net worth families. He also leads the Firms Merger and Acquisition Practice.

Prior to joining Rose Snyder & Jacobs, Jake served as Partner-in-Charge of the West Coast Middle Market Practice for KPMG Peat Marwick.

Jake has a passion for solving the problems that are the most important and concerning to his clients, whether business or personal in nature. Clients frequently comment on his ability to bring clarity and common sense to even the most complex issues. Jake has also established a significant network of professionals with complimentary skills who assist in providing appropriate solutions.
