Who
David is the manager in charge of the corporate tax group at Rose, Snyder & Jacobs, handling much of the firm’s work involving corporations and consolidated corporate groups. He also devotes significant time to limited liability company, partnership, individual, trust and estate taxation. With nearly 14 years of experience in public accounting and business management, David advises public companies, privately-held businesses, shareholders, executives and entrepreneurs in navigating across a broad range of income tax compliance, tax planning and transactional issues in a variety of industries and tax jurisdictions. His acute interest in legislative developments and technical research serves him well in his responsibilities to keep the firm and our clients up to date on professional responsibilities, changes in the tax law and the consequent planning opportunities.
Prior to joining Rose, Snyder & Jacobs, David serviced expatriate and inpatriate clients in Ernst & Young's international tax group in addition to working for several of Los Angeles' largest local public accounting and business management firms.
