Mark is the partner-in-charge of the corporate tax group and provides financial and tax consulting to small and middle-market entrepreneurial companies. His primary areas of focus include a wide range of transactional and advisory work for both public and private companies, including substantial experience in structuring acquisitive and divisive corporate reorganizations, start-ups and liquidations. Mark also consults with real estate development, manufacturing and distribution companies.
Prior to joining the firm, Mark was a tax manager at the Los Angeles office of BDO Seidman, LLP, an international accounting firm specializing in servicing middle-market businesses. While there, he was active in recruiting and was a member of the manufacturing and real estate specialty groups.
