Who
Doron is a manager in the audit department and has a background in a wide variety of industries including technological services, real estate, manufacturing, distribution and not-for-profit. His nine years of financial reporting experience are an extremely valuable asset to his public and private clients. During these years he has assisted them with reverse mergers, comfort letters, SOX 404 compliance, acquisitions and private placements.
Doron began his career at Ernst & Young and was a senior in the audit department. While there, he was active in recruiting and a member of their real estate industry group.
Doron has a special talent for seeing the big-picture while staying focused on the details of an audit. This keeps him repeatedly within budget and on time. Doron understands that client services are more than getting an audit done. That’s why clients enjoy working with him.
